Internship Program

We are honoured to be a key facility offering internship programs to graduates who have completed Iboga Provider training from Bwiti House

An Internship program is a highly recommended bridge into your own practice as an Iboga Provider.  It provides you with extensive, hands-on experience and extensive mentoring, preparing you to confidently build a safe, well-organized,  practice of your own, or to work as an effective and experienced Iboga Provider at an existing facility.

Here you will:

  • Pick up the rhythm and flow of how retreats are run

  • Learn to understand the subtleties of the screening and filtration process

  • Gain hands-on experience in the clinical side of the work, 

  • Gain experience with consulting, counseling and coaching

  • Experience co-facilitating ceremony and providing medicine

  • Experience facilitating the psycho spiritual journeying work

  • Work collaboratively in a team/community environment

  • Problem solving challenges as they arise during sessions

  • Experience providing aftercare support

The internship program is conducted under the guidance of experienced Iboga providers and the mentorship of Moughenda Mikala, 10th-generation Missoko Bwiti Shaman.

To qualify, applicants must have prior personal experience working with Iboga for their own healing and must have successfully graduated from the provider training program with distinction.

Our acceptance criteria are intentionally rigorous, as we only welcome exceptional candidates who demonstrate integrity, readiness, humility, and a sincere commitment to walking this path with responsibility.
